This is a large file, but these are PDoc samples originally created based off of around 90 Tsheets that were then grouped down to about 40.
As these were built, we noticed there were really only 2 sections that changed. At the same time, Dragon became more of a priority than originally planned (Scope Creep?).
Since having Dragon was a driving factor for ED physicians to own and embrace the changes, the templates were streamlined to 5 templates (long and short Adult and Peds) and another for addendums. The majority of the documentation is driven from Dragon macros or Canned Text.
The long was for 90% of the ED patients, the short were for those patients seen in the ED, but may not be considered "ED" patients, i.e. drug screens, etc.
The documents shows both dragon only which is really empty text boxes with some preformatted data going across, a hybrid that has both point and click content and text boxes for either dragon macros or canned text.
This document is 38+ MB large, here is a link to download, but it only allows 100 downloads and remains active only for 7 days, so hope you are one of the lucky ones.

Comment by Tina Lammy on April 16, 2013 at 10:31am Hi Jamie,
We have been up for awhile with Pdoc in the ED but the physicians aren't real happy with it. Would you please share your ED templates? Thanks in advance. tina.lammy@memorialhospital.org
Hi Jamie I would love to have these samples as well. If you would please share my email address is cynthia.null@northwestmedicalcenter.net. Thanks in advance for sharing.
Comment by Dawn Gilbert on March 1, 2013 at 2:55pm Jamie - I would dearly love to have these samples. Our ED Manager wants to go with some consulting firm that will just send us spreadsheets with template blueprints and risk management tools. We can do this in pDOC, but these samples would be a huge help. My email address is dgilbert@georgeregional.com Thank you for your post.
Comment by Megan Gregg on January 23, 2013 at 1:59pm Hi Jamie. I would love to see ED Pdoc Templates. We, like Laura, were using EDM PDOC, and the physicians hated it, so we are back to T-sheets for documentation. We plan on going back up this year. Thanks!
Megan
Comment by Anne Miller on January 16, 2013 at 3:59pm Hi Anne,
Let me know your email address and I can send you some examples. I've seen templates that are Dragon specific to use Dragon macros and others that have both options to the user, a more hybrid approach that also can use canned text in replace of Dragon macros in the event someone doesn't have a dragon license or has an issue with Dragon.
Comment by Anne Miller on January 16, 2013 at 2:43pm are any of you using Dragon with your templates? using Dragon templates within your PDOC documentation?
